Bara Junior, (30 rooms) description: We can arrange various programmes for you such as sightseeing tours, folklore evenings, boat tours, Danube Bend (Dunakanyar) tours and Pusta horse shows.
Unfortunately the hotel is not accessible for disabled people and wheel chairs and there are no rooms with special bathrooms.
The Bara Junior hotel is centrally and quietly located close to the Deli railway station with bus stops right before the door. It is very easily accessible from the M1 and M7 highways.
The very centre of the city can as well be easily and quickly reached by public transport within 5 minutes or on foot. Elisabeth Bridge and the Danube are just 1 km away and Gellért Hill, Castle Hill and the Citadel can be found in the vicinity, too. There are many shopping centres and Budapest's famous thermal baths (like Gellért) near the hotel.
Don't hesitate to ask the well-trained and friendly staff - also selling tickets for public transport - for help or recommendations to make the most out of your stay in Budapest.

AREA INFORMATION
The property is located in a lush green area of Buda on Gellért hill, next to the Citadel and Buda Castle. It is just a short stroll away from the sights, which can also be easily reached by public transport.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
From the Déli (south) railway station:
- Take tram no 61 in the direction of Móricz Zs. Tér.
- Get off at the fourth stop (Hegyalja út), where you'll see the Novotel hotel on your right-hand side.
- Change to buses no 8 or 112 (the stop is next to the Arany Híd restaurant) and get off at the first stop.
From the Nyugati (west) railway station:
- Take the subway towards Kőbánya-Kispest via Deák tér.
- Get off at the third stop (Ferenciek tere).
- The bus stop is located next to a church. Take buses no 8 or 112 and get off at the third stop (Mészáros u.). The hotel is on your left-hand side.
From the Keleti (east) railway station:
- Take bus no 78 at the station.
- The bus crosses the Elizabeth bridge (Erzsébet híd).
- Get off at the fifth stop after the bridge (Zsolt u.).
- Walk 200 metres straight ahead on Mészáros street, turn right at the corner and you will find the hotel on the opposite side.
From the airport:
If you arrive by plane, we can organize a transfer to the hotel and back at an additional cost.
