The apartments are between 45 and 97 square meters, in which you find living room, separate bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a fully equipped American kitchen. Beige décor with modern wood furnishings and wooden floor and carpet combination is in all rooms standard.
The kitchens have beige or black furniture, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, fridge, freezer, coffee and tea making facilities, glassware and microwave.

The Grand Café Oktogon, a first class restaurant, is located in the neighbourhood of Residence Izabella. It provides the colourful room service menu with the finest variety of international and Hungarian specialties.
AREA INFORMATION
The Residence Izabella is located next to the Andrassy Avenue, the most prestigious avenue in Budapest and is also nearby to Oktogon, the central hub of Budapest.
For business people, the property is in close proximity to Vorosmarty ter (the Business Centre) and to the West End Business district.
The beautiful city of Budapest offers theaters, opera, cinemas, luxury shopping, trendy cafes and bars, and a great variety of restaurants to choose from. Residence Izabella is in the vicinity of Varosligeti City Park with different attractions to entertain you. Excellent public transportation is available with a nearby metro, taxis and bus.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
From the airport, the Airport Minibus Service is at your disposal, or you can call any of the reliable taxi companies.
From the West Railway Station (Nyugati Pályaudvar):
- Take the Tram 4 or 6 in front of the railway station (direction Pest).
- Get out at Oktogon (1 stop) and change to the yellow line (M1).
- You need to travel one more stop and get out at Vörösmarty utca (you can also walk to Izabella utca which is very close to Oktogon.
- Cross the Andrássy Avenue and turn left at the first side street, which is Izabella utca. The Residence is on the right hand side, a few meters away from the corner.
From the South Railway Station (Déli Pályaudvar):
- Take the underground M2 (red line) as far as Deák tér.
- Change line to the M1 (yellow line).
- Get off at the Vörösmarty utca (4th stop).
- Cross the Andrássy Avenue and turn left at the first side street, which is Izabella utca. The Residence is on the right hand side, a few meters away from the corner.
From the East Railway Station (Keleti Pályaudvar):
- Take the underground M2 (red line) towards Déli Pályaudvar (southern railway station). - Get off at Deák tér (3rd stop) and change here to the M1 (yellow line).
- Get off at Vörösmarty utca (4th stop).
- Cross the Andrássy Avenue and turn left at the first side street, which is Izabella utca. The Residence is on the right hand side, a few meters away from the corner.
